Catrin Otto

Catrin learned from shamans, artists and therapists as well as from the plant world - and not least from their own life story. She is a trained masseuse and studied fine arts. Her work includes shamanic journeys, threshold walks and exercises in nature.

As the mother of a wonderful 11-year-old son, Catrin always feels the importance of taking good care of herself as a woman and mother. That's why she specialized in working with women and mothers five years ago. Her calm, humorous and at the same time, powerful way allows her counterpart to quickly feel at home with her. Her artistic side enriches her work: in creative processes - which she individually tailors to the client - problems, challenges or even new visions beyond words can emerge. Catrin is the owner of the Hatun Haus and the Life Research Institute in Hessian Switzerland, where she conceives and accompanies nature retreats for women and mothers.

At Mandalia Birth, Catrin offers individual sessions as well as combined workshops and council evenings on 4 days a month.
